A New York Early Intervention Program
The Early Intervention Program (EIP) is a public program funded by New York State and county governments for children under the age of three who are either suspected of having or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. Potentially eligible children must be referred to the county program to receive EIP services.
--
All Early Intervention Program (EIP) services are provided at no cost to parents. Health Insurance may be used for approved services. A child’s eligibility for the program can be determined only by state-approved evaluators under contract and all services must be authorized by the county. If a child is found eligible for the EIP, all needed early intervention services are identified in collaboration with the parent and must be authorized by the municipality. The municipality will arrange for service providers, considering the individual needs of the child and family, to deliver services authorized by the municipality.
123 Baby Talks is approved by New York State and has a contract with New York City to provide early intervention services.
We are dedicated to the care and education of your child.

Play-base Services for Growing Children
Early Intervention helps children ages birth to 3 years who learn, play, grow, talk, or walk differently than most children their age. We work with your family to set meaningful goals for your child and create a unique service plan to help your child and your family meet those goals.
In its simplistic form, the process occurs in three steps:
SERVICE COORDINATOR: Your SC is your legally mandated advocate in the process. They are here for you and your child.
EVALUATIONS: Your child is evaluated by independent New York State licensed clinicians.
SERVICES: If your child is found eligible, your child will receive services from independent New York State licensed clinicians.
